(block of 6 consecutive weeks, small groups of 4 people. Payable in advance = £150 per person)
An opportunity for you to learn how YOUR mind works, why you have certain thoughts, feelings, behaviours and actions that don't support your life. Learn why this is and develop a plan on how you can move forward.

Relational Listening Circle (via Zoom)
(block of 6 one hour sessions payable in advance for six consecutive weeks = £60 per person (£10 per week))
This is an opportunity to learn how to listen deeply and express in a safe, non judgemental space gaining greater understanding of self and others, increasing compassion, respect, mindful relationships, with no one trying to fix you, in a space where you are deeply felt and seen.

Mindful Movement (Chi Gung) and Meditation (via Zoom)
(block of 4 consecutive weeks payable in advance = £40 per person)
Find relaxation and reconnect to the feeling of safety in your own body, gaining greater understanding of your body/mind connection while clearing and replenishing your internal energy.
