About Me
Lydia Watson
I have worked for Corporate, Private and Public Sector Organisations for over 30 years with a focus and passion for Wellbeing for All.
I am a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner who provides courses, classes, individual sessions and training to improve Mental Wellbeing, understanding and resilience.
I am an Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Gung and Meditation Teacher, Ling Chi Energy Healer and a Listening Circle Facilitator.

I offer an experience where you are truly felt and seen, as this has been key to finding safety and my deeper healing.

I know the complexities of the mind and body and how much bravery, courage, time and effort it takes to come home to yourself.
Over the last 14 months I have been on my own deeper journey through 'Our Journey Here', an experiential course looking at my pre and perinatal trauma.
